Financial Support


A small amount of funding is available for those who would not be able to attend the conference without financial support. Before applying here, we kindly ask you to explore external funding options first, such as foundations, conference grants, or support from a local association. If you still need assistance, you are warmly invited to submit an application for financial support below.


Please submit your application by Friday, 23 May. We will then let you know by the end of May if we are able to offer you funding.


In order to provide everyone with what is needed most, we kindly ask you to request only the amount you truly need to be able to attend, up to a maximum of 500 EUR (£420).


If funding is granted, it is paid out in cash in British Pounds (£, GBP) at the conference. Please bring a copy or printout of your booking receipts or tickets to collect your payment. If you are traveling by car, fuel receipts are sufficient. If your travel expenses (converted into EUR or GBP) are lower than the amount requested, the actual costs incurred will be reimbursed.


Only amounts that have been confirmed in writing will be paid out. We are not able to reimburse unannounced travel or accommodation costs on the spot. Our team will be happy to assist you during the appointments.
